Sales Associate/Team Member

Advance your sales skills to a team lead position! We're hiring a new member to join our sales team and assist in areas such as sales, marketing, account management, training, onboarding, human resources, interviewing, staffing, and scheduling. This position is full time! Responsibilities: Work in a sales setting as a member of our team. Become a product specialist for our client and be well versed in market trends. Meet with home owners regarding their telecommunication and entertainment services. Assist in managing staffing needs such as scheduling and territory management. Light data entry and preparing reports Having coaching and critical conversations Conduct training modules with new hires Qualification: 4 year degree preferred Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus a vehicle is required for this position Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Work in a fast-paced work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Shift: 8 hour shift Day shift Work Location: On the road
