United Uptime Services provides industry leading compliance testing solutions in all 50 states through its Tanknology Business.What You Will Do:Owner of warehouse inventory KPIs including turns, inventory balance, truck replenishments, and support Operations to serve customers:Order placement with vendorsPO entry in ERP Vision SystemOversee order receipts and shipping documentationWork with key vendors to confirm on time deliveryCycle counts / physical inventoryWarranty and Core ManagementCross functional + Team communicationLead warehouse material handlers / clerksMaintain chain of custody standards to control leakageSupport inventory transfers across branchesMaintain right-size inventory levels of key partsWhat We Look For3+ years' experience in warehouse inventory management including ; Vendor OrderingRestocking per MIN MAX levels1+ year w/ major EPR system experience (e.g. SAP, Vision, MS, Acumatica)Truck or Bin restocking demand managementStrong Excel experienceStrong communication skillsStrong understanding of inventory processes including warranty, returns, purchase orders, inventory reports, cycle count management, physical inventory processes, inventory metrics3+ years supporting Field Services type industryInventory management scope of 500+ SKUs / $1M avg inventory balanceOther duties:Please note this job description for the Warehouse Lead is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the individual for this job.
