CNC Machinist

Job Full DescriptionSpartanburg, SC. Pay: $28/hr. Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM.Duties & Responsibilities:Operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment safely and efficientlyRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsSet up machines and adjust tooling to maintain required tolerances and specificationsUse precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gaugesInspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are metPerform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organizedTroubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments during productionWork independently with minimal supervision during overnight operationsQualifications:Previous CNC machining experience preferredExperience operating manual lathes and milling machines is a plusAbility to read blueprints and follow technical instructionsStrong understanding of machining practices and precision measurementsMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and adapt in a job shop manufacturing environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and lift materials as neededSpartanburg, SC 2431 245 East Blackstock Road Unit A Spartanburg, SC 29301
