We are passionate about helping students shine while developing their skills and confidence.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for a Dance Instructor located in Beaver Dam and Fond du Lac, WI. The Dance Instructor will plan and conduct dance classes for students aged 3 to 18, across multiple dance genres. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, teaching choreography, fostering student growth and creativity, and preparing students for performances or competitions. The instructor will work directly with students to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment while maintaining safety and professionalism.QualificationsExperience in Dance Instruction and Dance EducationKnowledge and expertise in various dance genresTeaching skills and experience working with children and young adultsStrong understanding and appreciation of music as it relates to danceExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to create inclusive, supportive, and engaging class environmentsBachelor’s degree in dance, performing arts, or a related field is a plusPrior experience with choreography and preparing students for performances preferred
