This individual will report directly to the General Manager and will oversee one direct report. The role will require wearing multiple hats, with responsibilities split approximately 60% accounting, 30% HR, and 10% administrative support. While strong accounting experience (monthly finances, budgeting, processing payroll, etc.) is required, the HR responsibilities can be taught.The ideal candidate is patient, resilient, and people-focused, with a willingness to take on tasks outside of their formal job description and contribute wherever needed as a team player. During the baseball season, the environment becomes fast-paced and unpredictable, so it's important that this person is comfortable working occasional late hours, weekends, and being on call when necessary
