General Manager – Salary Range: $62k – $90k annually A General Manager is the leader of a particular restaurant. They must have a guest‑first mentality and at least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience. Previous GM experience is recommended; however, we also accept all applications that include some McDonald’s management experience. Salary range depends on factors including the amount of McDonald’s experience, time in the food‑service industry, availability, and other relevant factors.
