Role DescriptionThis is a PRN or 1099 position, Physical Therapist/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP position based in the Sebring, FL area. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support recovery, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, setting realistic goals, monitoring progress, and providing education to patients and caregivers. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans is an integral part of this role.QualificationsExpertise in Therapy and Rehabilitation practicesStrong skills in Patient Care and Home Care servicesProficient understanding of Medicine and its application in therapyValid state licensure as a Physical Therapist/PTA/OT/COTA/SLPAbility to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience in home health therapy is a plusDegree in Physical Therapy/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP from an accredited program
