Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Outfitting & Configuration Support Specialist

Job Description One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program Resident Office (PRO). This role will provide logistics, outfitting, and configuration management support in a shipbuilding acquisition environment to ensure readiness and alignment with program requirements.Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare outfitting and configuration management materials, including charts, reports, briefings, and presentations for project reviewsGenerate ad hoc outfitting reports and status updatesParticipate in outfitting material activities aboard cuttersParticipate in Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) and related review activitiesAttend meetings related to assigned tasks and provide presentations regarding outfitting and PCA statusSupport configuration management and logistics lifecycle sustainment activitiesAssist with equipment validation, storeroom placements, VIN marking, product tracking, and logistics impact analysisSupport Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) processes and documentation activitiesCoordinate with Government personnel and program stakeholders to support shipbuilding and outfitting operationsDevelop reports, briefs, presentations, and supporting program documentationRequired QualificationsAt least three (3) years of experience supporting logistics, configuration management, or shipbuilding processesComprehensive knowledge of shipbuilding processes including, but not limited to:Technical Assessment Reviews (TAR)Proposal developmentEquipment lifecycle cost analysisLogistics lifecycle sustainmentEngineering Change Proposal (ECP) processesComprehensive knowledge of Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) processesComprehensive knowledge of ship outfitting and load-out activitiesComprehensive knowledge of Configuration Management principles and processesComprehensive knowledge of Physical Configuration Audits (PCA)Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to organize, plan, conduct, evaluate, and administer outfitting and configuration management programsAbility to produce reports, briefings, and presentationsExperience with vessel outfitting, equipment validation, storeroom placements, VIN marking, product tracking, and logistics impact analysisProficiency with Microsoft Office software suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and ExcelStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and within team environmentsEducation RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in a business field or related technical/business field requiredAdditional four (4) years of relevant experience beyond the required minimum years of experience may substitute for the degree requirementSecurity RequirementsSecret clearance highly PreferredAbout One Federal SolutionOne Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
