We currently have an opening for a full-time Receptionist / Legal Support Clerk in our Dallas office.This is a fully in-office role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career growth, we encourage you to apply. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational, proofreading, and multitasking skills, along with a high level of professionalism.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Maintain office calendars and initiate all catering ordersAssist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferencesPerform administrative duties such as preparing expense requests and reimbursementsAssist with the billing process using accounting softwarePerform conflict checks, open new client matters, and send out engagement lettersEnsure that all documents have been proofread, edited and revised as necessaryElectronically file documents into the firm’s document management systemComplete runs for supplies and drops at the post office as neededPrepare binders, mailings, and complete printing projects accurately and efficientlyAnswer all phone calls promptly and courteously and take accurate and complete messagesCommunicate clearly, tactfully, and professionally with all attorneys, staff, and visitors of the officeMaintain confidentiality of clients and demonstrate professional behavior and judgmentExperience And QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in an office professional environment; legal experience preferred, but not required Requires basic skills using Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and ExcelExcellent proofing and editing skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Snell & Wilmer offers a competitive performance-based compensation and a generous benefits package starting on your first day.
