You'll help guide customers through the future of AI search, sharing best practices and actionable tactics to enhance their AI visibility using the Profound platform.What you'll doSupport the Engagement Management team with daily customer meetings, preparation, action items, and strategic initiativesCraft regular strategic AEO audits that include key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for customers of all sizes, from enterprise to startupDevelop a deep understanding of customer objectives and their broader marketing ecosystemEffectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover and manage customer Slack channels to ensure all messages are addressedCollaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize customer implementation and resolve technical challengesWho you areSelf-starter, highly motivated, and driven to tackle big, lofty goalsStrategic thinker and problem solver for ambiguous challengesGritty and ready to roll up your sleeves with hard workComfortable with high-volume interactions and resilient in demanding work environmentsHighly coachable and open to feedback, continuously refining your craftBonus experience working toward becoming an Engagement Manager in the futureLocationThis is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
