Quality Assurance Manager - BeverageJob SummaryThe Quality Assurance Manager - Beverage leads all quality and food safety programs to ensure products meet regulatory standards, company requirements, and customer expectations. This role partners cross-functionally to maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong culture of quality across production operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead QA and food safety programs across beverage manufacturing operationsEnsure compliance with FDA, HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory standardsOversee quality control processes (raw materials, in-process, finished goods)Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspectionsInvestigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Maintain SOPs, specifications, and quality documentationPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure product consistency and process optimizationTrack and analyze quality metrics; drive continuous improvement initiativesLead food safety and quality training programs for employeesManage supplier quality and third-party testing relationshipsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field3+ years of QA experience in food/beverage manufacturingStrong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulationsExperience with audits, inspections, and quality systemsProven leadership and problem-solving skillsPreferred:SQF, BRC, or other GFSI experienceHACCP or PCQI certificationBeverage production experience (bottling, canning, pasteurization)Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement backgroundCore CompetenciesFood safety and regulatory expertiseAttention to detail and quality focusLeadership and cross-functional collaborationRoot cause analysis and decision-makingContinuous improvement mindset All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
