Corporate Governance Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Governance and Entity Management Counsel (Remote, Part-Time). Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and manage intercompany agreements and corporate governance documentation Support domestic and international entity restructurings in coordination with outside counsel Assist with ongoing entity management and maintenance of corporate recordsRequired QualificationsLicensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence At least 5 years of corporate/transactional experience within a law firm or corporate legal department Significant experience in corporate governance and entity management Familiarity with domestic and international corporate restructurings J.D. from an accredited law school
