Warehouse Associate
Logistics Team Member
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Our Logistics Team is seeking a self-motivated, dependable team player to support operations across multiple facilities through cross-training. This role plays a key part in meeting operational objectives while supporting internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will consistently adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards and be comfortable working in an Export Controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage material movement between receiving, shipping docks, and warehouse areas
Transfer materials to appropriate warehouse or manufacturing staging locations using defined processes (Kanban, VMI supplies, etc.)
Pull and stage raw materials and supplies for manufacturing using various material handling equipment
Perform cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
Utilize quality systems, work instructions, and SOPs to meet customer requirements (internal and external)
Follow and promote safety practices, including proper use of PPE
Use barcode scanning systems to transfer materials and accurately track inventory
Package non-regulated finished goods for domestic and international shipment
Support continuous improvement through training and personal development
Understand and promote company culture and operational standards
Required Qualifications
Forklift experience or willingness to learn (and other material handling equipment)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a process-driven environment
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as required
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Basic reading and math skills (including arithmetic and unit-of-measure conversions)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as business needs require
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Self-directed, motivated, flexible, and adaptable in a changing environment
Desired Qualifications
Experience with quality systems (ISO/GMP), QSI, Precision (TMS), MES, and ERP systems (E1/SAP)
Minimum 1 year of logistics or warehouse experience
Experience operating warehouse-powered industrial equipment
