Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in anyone one if our 5 locations in NC and SC. The Sales Staff will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales consultations, preparing quotes, following up with potential clients, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The role also involves collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and maintain customer relationshipsProficient in sales strategies and goal-settingExperience in customer service and problem-solvingProficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools)Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectivelyPrior sales experience, preferably in moving or logistics industries, is a plus.
