We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and professional growth.*Duties*Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to all safety protocols and legal regulations.Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and modify medication plans, ensuring effective pain management, immunizations, and medical management strategies.Manage pharmacy inventory efficientlyUtilize pharmacy software, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to document patient interactions, medication administration, and inventory levels.Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects, and health management strategies while maintaining HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality.Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards such as aseptic technique and physiology knowledge.*Requirements*Valid pharmacist license in KSProven experience in pharmacy practiceStrong clinical pharmacy backgroundProficiency with pharmacy software systems Pioneer RX, and inventory management tools.Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments, medication reconciliation and patient consultationsExperience working with pharmacy technicians and supporting interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and education; familiarity with HIPAA regulations is essential.
