Employees with no experience working as a caregiver, who are considered Tier 1 according to the Department of Human Services (DHS), will be paid starting at $17 per hour. Employees with 1-3 years experience working as a caregiver, who are considered Tier 2 according to the Department of Human Services (DHS), will be paid starting at $18 per hour.
