The primary objective is to provide services and deliverables through performance of support servicesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring throughout research visitsPerform IV placement, phlebotomy, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, and apheresis (Spectra Optia or equivalent)Assist physicians with examinations and proceduresAssess and report adverse reactions and clinical findingsObtain informed consent (after training and PI approval)Ensure compliance with research protocols, IRB standards, and Good Clinical PracticeEducate participants and support quality control and safety initiativesAccurately document and manage clinical research dataRequired Qualifications Strong oral and written communication skills — able to clearly educate participants, collaborate with researchers, and document clinical findings with precisionHands-on Apheresis experience (Spectra Optia or equivalent REQUIRED)Working hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM scheduleProficiency in MS OfficeCertifications & LicensesAssociate Degree in NursingActive RN license in the State of MarylandDisclaimer:The above description is meant to illustrate the general nature of work and level of effort being performed by individuals assigned to this position or job description. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $100,000 USD
