General Manager Hospitality and Real Estate Broker

Job Summary As a General Manager in Hospitality and Real Estate Brokerage, you will report to the Board of Directors' of a 48 unit Oceanfront Timeshare and Weekly Rental Resort. You will lead a dedicated team, to deliver outstanding guest experiences, drive profitability, and shape the future of our tranquil family-friendly property. This hands-on leadership role requires hospitality management, business acumen, and an Active NC Real Estate Broker license. What you’ll do Financial Management -Manage a $1 M+ operating budget, track revenue, control costs and maximize profitability. Prepare monthly financial reports, highlighting budget variances and recommend corrective actions to The Board. Oversee accounts payable/ receivable, payroll and cash management. Sales and Marketing-Serve as Broker-in-Charge for Timeshare unit sales and rentals. Develop sales and marketing plans and enhance digital presence via social media ( Facebook, Instagram, etc). Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and loyalty. Operations and Staff Management- Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and compliance with Health/safety standards. Supervise, mentor, and assist (as needed) Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, and Office teams. Implement preventative maintenance programs. Resolve guest relations issues professionally. Required Qualifications and Skills 3-5 years' experience as a General Manger or senior leader in hospitality or property management. Active NC real estate License or willingness to obtain/reinstate one within 90 days (company support provided) Strong financial management and accounting skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Business Software (Quickbooks) and social media platforms.
