Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Carlsbad, CA, for an Assistant Manager at rag & bone. The Assistant Manager will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, maintaining store standards, executing visual merchandising plans, managing inventory, and assisting in staff training and development. The Assistant Manager will act as a role model, embodying the brand's values while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
