About the Role Alma is looking for a highly organized, technically fluent Revenue Operations Specialist who uses AI and automation to make revenue teams faster and more scalable. This role spans sales operations, CRM administration, cross-functional coordination, and strategic response writing — critical to how Alma wins deals and improves its go-to-market motion. Responsibilities Cross-Functional Project CoordinationManage multiple complex, cross-departmental projects simultaneously, translating technical and AI/automation concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical stakeholdersDocument processes thoroughly so institutional knowledge and automation logic are never siloedAbility to connect CRM functionality to marcom interfaces and platforms. Process Automation: Design Series of Web-based Sales Tools and Related ProcessesPartner with engineers to design and build an AI-powered sales interface that automates lead generationaccelerates sales stage advancement, and provides reps real-time pipeline visibilityAudit existing RevOps workflows and systematically automate current RevOps responsibilities, which are also listed below: RFP Response & Proposal CoordinationLead end-to-end RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses from intake through submission, serving as project manager across Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, and FinanceLeverage AI writing tools and automation to accelerate drafting, content reuse, and quality reviewBuild and maintain a living content library and intake workflows that reduce manual coordination and keep answers currentCRM Administration & AutomationAdminister and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot, automating repetitive workflows, reducing manual data entry, and improving data quality at scaleIdentify and eliminate manual tasks through CRM-native automation and AI-powered tools; own data hygiene processes with a goal of minimizing human interventionMaintain SOPs and evaluate new integrations that improve team productivityRevenue Reporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain reporting infrastructure providing real-time pipeline visibility, sales performance metrics, and customer health signalsDeliver executive-facing dashboards and board-level metrics packages; proactively identify reporting gaps and automate delivery where possibleConference & Event CoordinationOwn end-to-end logistics for all conference participation  — registration, exhibitor portals, utilities, shipping, and post-event wrap-upOwen and coordinate special events such as company sponsored dinner to support new procurement pathwaysRequired3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related roleDemonstrated experience writing and managing presentation materials, reports, and/or RFP responsesHands-on experience with AI writing, automation, or workflow tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar)CRM Administration Experience: Salesforce proficiency: reports, dashboards, data hygiene, and basic admin tasks, contact/deal management, workflows, and reportingStrong project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional work to completionExcellent written communication — able to translate technical and AI-generated content into polished, audience-appropriate languageComfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment with evolving prioritiesProficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and data analysisPreferredExperience in K–12 edtech, government, or public sector B2B operations Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) or similar enterprise education softwareExperience building automated workflows within Salesforce or HubSpotExposure to AI-powered revenue intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Clari, Highspot, or RFP-specific platforms like Responsive or RFPIO)Background in prompt engineering or working with LLMs in a business context Alma is an equal opportunity employer.
