**Call Center Representative - Heart Monitor Patient Support****Pay Rate:** $ 15.00/hour**Assignment Type:** Temp to Hire**Job Overview**We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Call Center Representatives to support patients who rely on heart monitoring devices. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams by delivering responsive customer service and technical support related to cardiac monitoring equipment and services.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced healthcare support environment.**Key Responsibilities**+ Provide professional customer service and technical assistance to patients and healthcare providers regarding heart monitor devices and related services+ Accurately document customer interactions, service details, and order information within internal systems+ Assist with troubleshooting basic device or service-related issues+ Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution+ Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned+ Maintain compliance with all company quality and regulatory requirements**Qualifications**+ High school diploma or equivalent required+ 0-1 year of customer service, call center, healthcare support, or administrative experience preferred+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills+ Basic computer and data entry skills+ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment+ Empathy and professionalism when assisting patients**Training Schedule**+ **Week 1:** 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM+ **Week 2:** 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM+ **Week 3:** 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM+ **Week 4:** Contractors transition to assigned schedules and teams on the operations floor**Why Join Us?**+ Opportunity to support patients who depend on critical cardiac monitoring technology+ Gain experience in the healthcare and medical device industry+ Collaborative team environment with hands-on training provided+ Entry-level opportunity with room to grow professionally**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
