Adecco Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician on 1st shift for a manufacturing company in Kennebunk, Maine. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment and helping keep production running safely and efficiently.Pay: $20.00/hour | Weekly PayLocation: Kennebunk, MEShift: 1st ShiftWhat You'll DoPerform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical equipment issuesInspect equipment for wear, damage or unusual operating conditionsClean, adjust, lubricate and repair machinery as neededRespond to equipment issues and help minimize production downtimeUse hand tools and maintenance equipment to perform repairs and adjustmentsFollow maintenance procedures, safety requirements and work instructionsDocument maintenance activities and report equipment concernsWork closely with production and maintenance teams to keep equipment operating reliablyLearn new machinery, tools and maintenance processesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsComfortable using hand tools and working around production machineryAbility to troubleshoot equipment and identify potential problemsStrong attention to detailAbility to follow written instructions and safety proceduresReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn specialized equipment and processesApply today.
