Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform testing and certification of installed componentsAbility to troubleshoot, maintain, and repairDiagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown, and correct the problemInspect material for quality before installationInstall network cable, Fire Alarm cable, Access Control, and wireless projectsPulling and routing cable in a commercial environmentTerminating Jacks Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6APerform daily tasks in a safe manner in accordance with company policiesMust adhere to all health, safety, and company policiesDemonstrate thorough familiarity with current client, company, and OSHA safetyMust be able to work cooperatively and maintain a positive and professional mannerResponsible for all other duties as assignedOther job duties as assignedEmployee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), weekends, and holidays.
