Learn more about us at: (3) LER TechForce: Life | LinkedInWhat you will be doing:Retrieve customer supplied data as starting pointInterface with other suppliers, exchanging relevant background dataManage data conversions from other CAD packagesIdea generation/brainstorming – new designs & TVMCompetitive Analysis (benchmarking existing products with similar requirements)Design studies (in CAD) to facilitate packaging, manufacturing process, assembly issues, etc.Maintain project log file that chronicles design changesPrepare relevant data to support customer design reviewsPrepare detail drawingsAssist design and release engineers in support of component part releaseFully onsite positionWhat you'll need to be successful:Minimum 3 years design experience using 3DX (3D Experience)Ability to work on both Solid & Surface creation, as well as complete clearance studies.3Dx Experience with the followingProduct Structure Editor3D ComposeChange Execution / Change Actions3 years minimum experience as a Designer in Chassis (Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Frame, Brakes and Tires)MS Application knowledge, Excel, Word, Outlook etc..Excellent written and verbal communication.What you'll get:Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid time off401K with a matchShort-term & Long-term disability, life insurance, and other optional benefitsOngoing professional development opportunities including Technical Training and Leadership DevelopmentThe opportunity to work on industry leading projectsNo third parties please
