Restaurant General Manager
We are opening a new French Bistro in Boulder. GM will be responsible for all day to day operations of the business and will work closely with the Chef De Cuisines to ensure we execute an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include:Staffing Training Schedule writing Executing exceptional guest experience Meeting financial goals of the business Applicants needs some knowledge of wine and wine service as well as other beverage knowledgeMust have managed an upscale or fine dining restaurant.Restaurant will be open from 4 - 9/10 pm 7 days a week with the eventual goal of opening for lunch Friday and Saturday.This position is 50-55 hrs a week evenings/ nights
