You will assist with coordinating music releases, booking shows, handling communications, and managing schedules. This role offers the chance to gain experience working closely with an artist, producers, and venues to ensure smooth operations for upcoming projects and promotional efforts.Responsibilities:Assist in scheduling and organizing music releases and events.Coordinate communications with venues, promoters, and collaborators.Help manage day-to-day tasks such as emails, bookings, and travel arrangements.Support promotional efforts, including social media campaigns and online presence.Liaise with producers, engineers, and other key partners to keep projects on track.Requirements:Some experience in music management, event planning, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Basic understanding of the music industry, including releases and live event logistics.Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.Availability to attend meetings, rehearsals, or live events as needed.Must be local to Nashville, TN, or within commuting distance.Skills:Project management skills with an eye for detail.Excellent verbal and written communication.Familiarity with social media platforms and promotional strategies.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
