Pay : Per Diem $ Salary: $35-40/ hr (Dependent on experience) About the Role Inspira Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / LBA to support our Oregon certification application and provide high-quality, home-based ABA services in the Portland area. Key Responsibilities Support Inspira’s Oregon certification process by submitting required BCBA credentials Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Vineland Supervise and mentor RBTs and mid-level staff Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and documentation standards Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary clinical teams Requirements Oregon BCBA/ LBA license Active provider NPI Minimum 1 year of ABA experience (supervisory experience preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation CPR/First Aid certification, TB test, and background check Professional Development & Support Career Advancement: Clear pathways to Clinical Director and leadership roles Clinical Excellence: Weekly BCBA meetings and professional development sessions CEUs & Training: Company-paid CEUs and ongoing training opportunities Reimbursements: Exam fees, license renewals, and certification costs covered Special Projects: RBT competency assessments, Safety Care training, and social skills groups Job Type Per Diem Work Location Hybrid (Home-based services with remote administrative work) Equal Opportunity Employer Inspira Behavior is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
