Assistant Nurse Manager - Surgical ServicesLocation: Portland, ORVirtus Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our partner medical center's Surgical Services department in Portland, OR. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated RN with leadership aspirations to contribute to the efficient operation and exceptional patient care within a dynamic surgical setting.ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership: Assist the Nurse Manager in providing oversight and direction for all aspects of patient care in the Surgical Services department, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Operational Management: Support the Nurse Manager in managing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.Staff Development: Collaborate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluating Surgical Services nursing and support staff.
