Thanks for considering a career opportunity at Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing.Position DescriptionAssist with and perform general installation and related responsibilities correctly, safely and timely for the divisional operation for which you are working: RoofingTransport materials, equipment and rigging during projectsPromote Chamberlin's Safety Program and use safe work practicesLearn and understand Chamberlin's core values of safety, quality and teamworkWork independently and as a team member on projects as your abilities allow and as assignedAs skills increase, help train other team membersOther tasks as may be assigned by supervisorPosition RequirementsExperience: Work, sports or organization experience that demonstrates work ethic and commitment. Preferred experience in construction with a focus on roofing, waterproofing and sheet metalSkills: English speaking, bilingual preferredAbilities/Requirements:Must be 18 years oldMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to lift at least 50lbsMust be able to work outside in changing weather conditionsMust be able to work in elevated locationsMust be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessaryMust be able to pass a "fit for duty" exam (lifting, bending, climbing, squatting, etc.)Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locationsMust be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the companyEducation Required:High school diploma or GED encouraged but not required.Equal Opportunity Employer
