Polymer/Resin Sales Account Manager (100% Onsite)
**100% Onsite outside of client visitsSummary & ObjectivesThis position is responsible for the sale of Starex products and provides ongoing support to new business development. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization and the New Business Development Team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Manage assigned accounts.Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets.Initiate and maintain the relationship with end-users and/or targeted customers with technical knowledge, account strategies, planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Become actively involved in a new customer orientation and sales training programs.Act as a resource to customers in application development opportunities and proposals.Keep informed of new products, services, market trends, and other general information of interest to customers.Check on competitive activity and develop new methods of attaining targeted customers.Troubleshoot problems regarding products provided.Answer questions from customers and handle complaints.Meet the minimum sale criteria agreed in MBO.Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
