This role involves overseeing nursing team operations, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, and implementing effective infection control practices. The Director of Nursing will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and maintain long-term care plans, provide staff training, and manage nursing schedules to ensure optimal service delivery.QualificationsExpertise in Nursing Management, including leadership and organizational skills.Familiarity with 144G regulationsStrong knowledge of Infection Control protocols and practices.Proficiency in Medicine and Nursing, with a focus on delivering quality healthcare services.Experience in managing Long-term Care services and programs.Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota, or eligibility to obtain one.Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including leadership roles in a long-term care setting.Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving resident outcomes.
