Physiatrist (PM&R) - Inpatient & Outpatient

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - **Position Overview:** Join our dynamic and passionate team in Spokane, WA, as a board-certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation). This permanent, full-time role focuses on providing top-notch inpatient rehabilitation care while also encompassing some outpatient responsibilities. We seek a dedicated professional ready to transform the lives of adult patients through exemplary care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- Deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.- Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure holistic patient care.- Engage in consultations, admissions, and treatment planning for patients recovering from complex conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and orthopedic issues.- Mentor and supervise mid-level providers and residents, fostering a learning environment (as applicable).- Perform procedures including EMG, joint injections, and pain management interventions (preferred but not mandatory).- Utilize Epic EMR for efficient and precise documentation.**Compensation & Benefits:**- Competitive Base Salary: $230,128 per year- Exceptional Earning Potential: Up to $280,812 annually- Performance-based Bonus Structure: RVU incentives ($8.88 per WRVU up to 5,186, $49.84 per WRVU beyond)- Generous Sign-On Bonus (Paid within 45 days of start date)- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 to ease your transition- Abundant Paid Time Off: Up to 264 hours annually for full-time employees- CME Allowance: $5,000 per year for 1.0 FTE to support your professional growth- Comprehensive Malpractice Insurance: Provided with tail coverage- Robust Retirement and Health Benefits: Including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term & long-term disability options**Work Schedule:**- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts focused primarily on inpatient care- Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with no required weekend or on-call commitments**Facility Details:**- As a major referral center for acute inpatient rehabilitation, we specialize in brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and other medical rehabilitation needs.- Experience state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and full therapy gyms, supported by a comprehensive team of specialists dedicated to outstanding patient outcomes.**Qualifications:**- Board Certified|Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation- Active (or eligible for) Washington State medical license- Preferred: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation (but not mandatory)- BLS|ACLS certification required**Why Join Us?**
