What You’ll Do Prepare, cook, and plate dishes that impress—from intimate dinners to 200-guest weddings Lead and support kitchen staff in fast-paced event settings Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and high standards at every step Collaborate with event coordinators and service teams for seamless execution Stay calm under pressure and keep service on track—even during crunch time What You Bring to the Table Experience in catering, banquets, or high-volume kitchens Solid grasp of kitchen operations and food safety Leadership, multitasking, and a cool head in high-energy environments Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical stamina: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs Why Work With Us?
