CRH Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist.You’ll Make an Impact By:Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will possess meaningful experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare clinical industry (Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Certified Medical Assistants) and be able to provide sourcing and recruitment services to help attract and hire qualified talent in support of our growing business. The role is best suited to a results-oriented self-starter who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, articulate, and internet-savvy. It requires a highly organized and resourceful individual with a sense of urgency to the business needs that can adapt quickly. The incumbent will be a strong team-player with creative problem-solving skills.What You Will Do:Play a critical role in building a high performing revenue organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top tier talentYour primary focus will be hunting, sourcing, and assessing candidatesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities, territory needs, and critical marketsSupport Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition in redefining the way we attract talent; creating an engaging, productive recruitment team that inspires innovation and thrives on continuous learningPost, track, and maintain open positions on ATS Strong sourcing background. Indeed, LinkedIn hireEZ Manage an efficient candidate process and candidate experience including candidate sourcing, identification, phone screens, interviews, reference checking and onboardingAssist in the hiring decision, providing feedback and advice to hiring managersContinually follow up to nurture candidates' interest and guide them on their journeyProactively develop talent pipelines utilizing job boards, social platforms, referrals, networking, and other appropriate sourcing outletsIdentify and develop business relationships with recruiting agencies, background check companies, and other resourcesProvide status reports to leadership on relevant positionsWhat You’ll Bring:Experience developing proactive recruiting strategiesProven success working in a high-volume requisition environmentExcellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and adjust prioritiesOutstanding interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking SystemsSkilled at building and maintaining a network of talent through ongoing relationship managementAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentKey Skills & RequirementsExperience: 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth dynamic setting, with a strong preference for experience hiring for healthcare providers and clinical industry (Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Certified Medical Assistants) Working proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Word and ExcelBachelor's degree preferredCRH Healthcare provides a professional work environment, a strong clinical support organization and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
