The Back of House Director is prepared to execute daily operations with a high degree of excellence, across the above mentioned of operational activities. This position supports the position of Owner/Operator. This role sets the standard for “Operational Excellence” and leads by example while mentoring and developing the team members. Responsibilities Include: Deliver a remarkable dining experience for all guests Development of Shift Leaders, Team Leaders and Team Member behaviors Maintains and develops a sense of urgency that creates a surprisingly fast service Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment Maintains work environment that ensures and promotes food safety Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the Back of House Deliver weekly BOH performance reports to Leadership Team Coaches, evaluates, and holds accountable Back of House Team Members Responsible for Opening and Closing of Restaurant Lead shift of 10-20 Team Members at a time Able to fulfill catering orders totaling over $500 Ownership of the following within the restaurant (ex: Catering Fulfillment, Maintenance, Food Safety, Ordering, Inventory, Training and Development ) Able to fulfill operational needs in the restaurant at a high level Required Qualifications: 2 Years in Restaurant Leadership Role or Equivalent Available to work 2 mornings 1 mid and 2 evenings per week and 3 Saturdays a month, 40-50 hours a week. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience in operations within customer service industry Must have computer skills Desired Qualifications: Restaurant Experience ServSafe Certified This person must be skilled in time management. This person must be self-directed and highly organized.
