This role is highly detail-oriented and execution-driven, assisting in the development of marketing materials, campaign coordination, and on-site readiness leading into and during the US Open. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, live-event environment.This is a temporary position that will begin on June 1, 2026 and is anticipated to end on or around September 18, 2026. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Content Development:Assist in the creation and updates of US Open Premier planning guides and sales materialsDevelop marketing copy and coordinate visual assets for campaigns across email, web, and emerging channelsSupport the build and refinement of presentations, decks, and branded collateralSMS & Digital Campaign SupportHelp develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns to drive real-time engagement during the tournamentDraft copy and coordinate creative assets aligned with US Open Premier brandingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deployment of messagingOn-Site Branding & SignageCoordinate with USTA Pro Tennis Marketing on all US Open Premier on-site signageTrack signage needs, approvals, and production timelinesSupport installation readiness and ensure brand consistency across the groundsPremium Experience SupportAssist in the development and organization of menus and hospitality materialsMaintain and update planning guides and internal documents for Premier offeringsEnsure all materials are aligned with premium brand standardsCreative & Production CoordinationSupport photoshoot planning, including shot list development and on-site coordinationHelp manage asset organization and distribution across teamsAdministrative & Operational SupportManage contract entry and tracking through DocuSignAssist with cross-functional coordination and day-to-day marketing operationsSupport additional projects as needed leading up to and during the tournamentQualifications1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, sports, or hospitalityStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentExperience with marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Slides, CRM tools) preferredInterest in sports, live events, or premium/hospitality experiences is a plusPreferred AttributesProactive and solutions-oriented mindsetComfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholdersAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-visibility environmentStrong eye for branding and premium presentationThis position will pay an hourly rate depending on experience between $20.00/hr to $25.00/hrThis position is open to all qualified candidates.
