We are a fast-paced financial engineering and structuring platform, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is intellectually curious, and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility from day one.What You’ll Do:Support the structuring and execution of complex financial transactionsBuild and maintain Excel models for underwriting, forecasting, and analysisAssist in preparing client presentations, investment materials, and internal reportingIdentify and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow optimizationWork cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teamsLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and insight generationWhat We’re Looking For:Recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fieldAdvanced Excel skills (modeling, data manipulation, high attention to detail)Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior team members and clientsHigh intellectual curiosity with a strong interest in financial structuring and deal-makingFamiliarity with AI tools and automation platforms (or strong interest in learning)Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedNice to Have:Exposure to accounting principles and financial statementsExperience building financial models or working with large datasetsFamiliarity with Python, Power BI, or workflow automation toolsWhy TPC:Direct exposure to complex, real-world financial transactionsOpportunity to take on responsibility early and make a meaningful impactEntrepreneurial environment with significant growth potential
