Boutique Manager
Our collection of women's upscale retail, home goods and accessories boutiques across Minnesota is growing and we're seeking to hire a boutique manager(s) to oversee our new location!
We currently own and operate eight (soon to be nine) stores ranging from women's apparel and accessories to the latest trends in home goods and gifts.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operation of store
Plan, organize store events, trunk shows, marketing
Collaborate with the owner to set and achieve sales goals, and maximize growth
Work with inventory manager to ensure accurate product availability
Recruit and train boutique sales associates
Manage employee schedule, shifts and communication
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain a clean and well maintained store
Lead visual merchandising efforts, store layout and organization
Oversee and ensure accuracy of all sales, transactions, store returns, etc.
Assist with buying and merchandise replenishment
Preferred Skills or Experience:
At least one year of experience in brick-and-mortar retail management
Dependable, disciplined, self-driven, efficient
Demonstrates ability to use and oversee POS software
Exhibits great leadership and communications skills
Strong visual merchandising understanding and skills
Manages time effectively
