Family Practice - Without OB Physician

North Carolina Family Practice Clinic seeking a Locum Family Medicine Physician to provide maternity leave coverage within a multi-specialty group (Adult, Pediatrics, Allergy, and Urgent Care).Excellent opportunity to serve a diverse, largely Medicaid population in a supportive outpatient setting! Assignment duration: Jan 2026 - May 2026 Start Ideally January (Maternity Due Date in Feb) Dedicated MA support; providers complete charts throughout the day. Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per/week. Open to 4 day/week. This is an 8-hour workday w/mid-day break PPD: 22 - 24 patients (high rate of no-shows) Strong communication skills and adaptability to a diverse, multilingual community environment.Outpatient family medicine, preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, pediatrics, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD, flu/cold care, and well-child visits.Population: Largely Medicaid, large Hispanic population (translation support available).EMR: NextGen (newest version)
