In addition to tracking inventory, purchasing parts, and communicating with customers on items needed for maintenance and repair work orders/projects, you will be working with other ABCO employees to ensure work is moving along. The major roles and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Daily use of Excel and other internal systems to update other on parts and monitor and prioritize flow of tracking partsUtilizing the Web to search for items needed/requestsTracking of parts shipments using UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriersEmial monitoring and communications for updates on tasks ' we are a email heavy companySubstantial phone usage for communications with customers/client stores that a part has bene delivered onsite.The individual in this role will also provide support & admin functions to other departments and colleagues as needed.
