This role works closely with internal teams to identify qualified investigators and clinical sites that can successfully support study requirements and timelines. The position also provides feasibility analysis and strategic recommendations using clinical research systems, databases, and industry knowledge to support effective study planning and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute country and site feasibility assessments for clinical trials and programs in the US.Evaluate feasibility recommendations to ensure tactical viability and alignment with study objectives.Partner with internal stakeholders to identify qualified investigators and high-performing clinical sites.Utilize systems and database expertise to generate accurate and high-quality feasibility analyses and outputs.Support feasibility planning across multiple therapeutic areas and development programs.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standardsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (BA, MS, or PhD preferred), Nursing (RN), or Pharmacy from an accredited institution.Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.Experience managing both global and local/regional feasibilities.Prior experience in one or more of the following roles is highly preferred:Clinical Research CoordinatorClinical MonitorField MonitorSite ManagerThis job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
