Company DescriptionECL Gaming operates a growing portfolio of local casino taverns across Northern and Southern Nevada, focused on delivering exceptional gaming, hospitality, food & Beverage, and entertainment experiences for local guests and communities.McClain Resources is recruiting for a Director of Marketing for ECL Gaming. This is an in-person role located in Las Vegas, NV. The Director of Marketing is a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead all marketing initiatives across a growing portfolio of 45+ local casino tavern locations throughout Northern and Southern Nevada. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive guest acquisition, player loyalty, revenue growth, and brand awareness across gaming, food & beverage, entertainment, and community engagement channels. The Director of Marketing oversees Casino Marketing, Promotions, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Partnerships, Sponsorships, and database-driven player marketing efforts. This proven leader will work cross-functionally with operations, gaming, finance, and executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational execution, thrives in a fast paced multi-location environment, and has a strong understanding of casino gaming and local tavern customer behavior in Nevada markets.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies supporting revenue growth, guest engagement, and brand positioning across all ECL Gaming locations.Lead monthly and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and campaign development.Identify opportunities to increase gaming revenue, visitation frequency, and customer retention.Partner with executive leadership to align marketing priorities with operational and financial goals.Casino Marketing & PromotionsOversee casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, kiosk campaigns, player reinvestment strategies, and loyalty-driving initiatives.Develop targeted marketing campaigns focused on rated play, database growth, and player activation.Analyze promotional performance and guest behavior to optimize ROI and effectiveness.Ensure promotional compliance with all Nevada gaming regulations and internal controls.Database Marketing & AnalyticsOversee database marketing strategy in partnership with the Database Marketing Manager.Utilize player data, guest segmentation, and analytics to improve campaign targeting and customer retention.Monitor key performance indicators including guest acquisition cost, player worth, redemption rates, visitation trends, and campaign ROI.Ensure database integrity, compliance, and best practices in CRM usage and guest communications.Brand & Digital MarketingManage overall brand strategy and consistency across all locations and customer touchpoints.Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, website content, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and reputation management.Lead content strategy and creative direction for advertising, in-store collateral, and promotional materials.Monitor digital performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion.Partnerships & SponsorshipsDevelop and manage community partnerships, sponsorships, event activations, and local marketing opportunities that increase brand visibility and guest traffic.Evaluate sponsorship ROI and ensure alignment with company brand and target demographics.Represent ECL Gaming at community, vendor, and industry events as needed.Leadership & CollaborationLead, mentor, and support the Database Marketing Manager while fostering accountability and professional development.Collaborate with operations teams to execute property-level marketing initiatives effectively.Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, printers, media partners, and promotional suppliers.Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within casino gaming, hospitality, entertainment, or multi-location operations.Strong understanding of casino marketing, player development, loyalty programs, and promotional strategy.Experience managing digital marketing channels, CRM/database marketing, and brand campaigns.Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic, revenue-focused decisions.Strong leadership, project management, communication, and organizational skills.Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.Ability to travel between Northern and Southern Nevada locations as needed.Preferred QualificationsNevada gaming or tavern operations experience strongly preferred.Experience with casino management systems, player tracking systems, and marketing automation platforms.Knowledge of Nevada gaming regulations related to promotions and advertising.Experience overseeing multi-unit or regional marketing operations.Key CompetenciesStrategic ThinkingRevenue & ROI FocusedLeadership & Team DevelopmentCreative Problem SolvingData-Driven Decision MakingBrand DevelopmentCross-Functional CollaborationOperational ExecutionCommunication & Presentation SkillsWork EnvironmentCombination of office, remote collaboration, and on-property operational environments.Occasional evening, weekend, and event-related work may be required.
