Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Journeyman Electrician / Foreman located in Georgetown, TX. The selected candidate will handle tasks such as installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, and ensuring all work is in compliance with safety regulations and codes. The role will also involve leading and coordinating a team of electricians on projects, managing schedules, and ensuring overall project quality and efficiency. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this position. Qualifications Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical WorkExperience in Maintenance & Repair and advanced TroubleshootingUnderstanding of Electrical Engineering principlesAbility to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and schematicsStrong understanding of safety protocols and electrical codesProblem-solving skills and ability to lead a team on-sitePhysical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periodsCurrent Journeyman Electrician license is requiredPrevious experience in a Foreman role or supervising teams is a plus
