Senior Associate, Commercial Loan ServicingLocations: New York, NY (Hybrid), Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid), Kansas City, MO (Hybrid) Union, NJ (Hybrid), Dallas, TX (Hybrid)About the RoleSS&C is seeking a Senior Associate, Commercial Loan Servicing to support end-to-end loan servicing operations across a diverse portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily and monthly servicing activities, ensuring accuracy of loan data, cash movements, and reporting while meeting client and regulatory requirements.You will work closely with internal teams and clients to manage servicing workflows, resolve discrepancies, and support onboarding and implementation efforts.Why Join SS&CSS&C combines proprietary technology with deep industry expertise to support complex financial and healthcare operations. Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.You will gain hands-on exposure to commercial lending operations, servicing platforms, and regulatory reporting within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.How You Will Make an ImpactPerform daily and monthly commercial loan servicing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and amortization schedulesProcess and review loan cash transactions such as borrower payments, payoffs, escrow disbursements, and investor activityMonitor and reconcile loan-related cash accounts, resolving discrepancies and servicing exceptionsSet up newly originated or purchased loans within servicing systems, ensuring accurate onboarding and data integrityServe as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries related to loan balances, payments, and servicing activitySupport preparation and review of NAIC Schedule B regulatory reporting packagesMaintain loan collateral and compliance documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracyGenerate and distribute borrower communications including billing statements, payoff statements, and servicing noticesSupport client implementations and transitions, including data validation and system testingRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3–6 years of experience in commercial loan servicing, loan accounting, insurance, or commercial real estate lending environmentsWorking knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRSExperience supporting regulatory reporting, including NAIC Schedule B preferredExperience with loan servicing or investment general ledger accountingStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independentlyStrong communication skills with a client-service mindsetAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeWhat Sets You ApartExperience with commercial loan servicing platforms or systemsExposure to insurance clients and regulatory reporting environmentsBasic proficiency in Microsoft SQLExperience supporting loan onboarding, data conversions, or system implementationsAbility to identify process improvements and enhance servicing operationsJoin SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities.
