Charming Lakes Rehabilitation - Facility: Charming Lakes RehabilitationPosition: Evening Nursing Supervisor (RN)Location: Lakeland, FLShift: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMSalary: $77,500 – $87,500 annuallyPosition OverviewCharming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Evening Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our leadership team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Nursing Department while ensuring the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to supporting both residents and staff.Responsibilities & DutiesCollaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assess, oversee, and manage the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.Ensure nursing staff adhere to their assigned job descriptions and perform duties in accordance with established standards of care.Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies as requested by the DON or ADON.Conduct routine rounds within the Nursing Services Department to ensure nursing staff are performing their duties and providing quality resident care.Provide guidance, leadership, and support to nursing staff during the evening shift.Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant care environment for residents and staff.Qualifications & RequirementsValid RN License in the State of FloridaMinimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a Long-Term Care setting with supervisory responsibilitiesStrong leadership and managerial skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environmentBenefitsCompetitive CompensationGenerous Paid Time OffComprehensive Medical and Dental CoverageCompany PerksEmployee Recognition ProgramCollaborative Team EnvironmentAt Charming Lakes Rehabilitation, we value compassionate leadership and a commitment to excellence in resident care.
