The role works closely with senior bankers and analysts on healthcare provider, payer, healthtech, and life sciences transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute healthcare M&A and strategic advisory transactionsBuild financial models, valuation analyses, and presentationsSupport client meetings, deal execution, and due diligenceManage analysts and junior team membersAssist with business development and sector coverage activitiesRequired Qualifications3+ years of direct Investment Banking M&A experienceHealthcare Investment Banking experience preferredStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsExperience managing or mentoring junior bankersBachelor’s degree requiredStrong communication and business writing skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as neededPreferredSIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licensesMiddle-market healthcare M&A experienceExposure to provider/services, payer, healthtech, or medtech sectorsWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
