Job Title: Program Manager, Senior Location: Oakland, CA Duration: March 30, 2026 – April 01, 2027 Pay Rate: $85/hr. ASSIGNMENT IS MAINLY REMOTE BUT REQUIRED ON-SITE IN OAKLAND AND/OR DUBLIN 4-5 TIMES PER MONTH AT MANAGER REQUEST. KEY SKILLS LOOKING FOR: 1. Advanced SQL, Excel, and Power BI knowledge 2. Years of experience in Data Analytics 3. Professional experience in the utility sector TOP SKILLS SETS MGR WANTS TO SEE IN A CANDIDATE: 1) Advanced Power BI, Excel, and SQL experience 2) Expert communication and presentation skills 3) Experience in the energy/utility industry Job Description: Program Manager, Senior Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions plan and goals. Provides direction on overall program plan and goals. Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan. Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management. Conducts analysis in support of identifying variances and develops solutions to address ongoing issues. Coordinates complex projects and deliverables across different functional areas. Develops new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings and recommendations and provides business insight. Regulatory experience, knowledge of compliance with CPUC requirements, interpretation of CPUC policy. Proficient with project management and business software. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience Experience: 6 years of related experience or equivalent Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Desired Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SQL Advanced knowledge of Program Management Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints. Knowledge and understanding of business drivers. Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams Ability to work within a Regulatory environment Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects Knowledge of energy industry applications to local level customers, including energy issues, customer energy efficiency applications, and general customer information. Desired Primarily office environment with extensive use of personal computers, telephone conversations, conference calls and in person meetings. Travel may be required.
