Position Summary The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and benefits administration. This role plays a key part in supporting leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building an engaged, mission-driven workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for nursing and non-nursing staff Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HRIS system Support leadership with training initiatives, professional development, and succession planning Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, accountability, and employee engagement Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Apply Today!
