Our mission is to create superior products that push industries forward, LifeMade strives to make life – better.Position SummaryThe National Account Manager is responsible for driving growth with major U.S. retail customers across Mass and Omni-channels. This role leads account strategy, sales execution, forecasting, and financial performance while partnering closely with internal teams. The position owns annual plans, manages profitability, develops new business, and strengthens executive-level customer relationships, with a strong focus on Walmart Inc.Experience with sustainable products a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesAlign with Retail Sales leadership on account strategy and executionOwn customer forecasting to support production and capacity planningLead, develop, and retain a high-performing sales and account teamDeliver quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIsDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies across North American retail channelsManage AOP, P&L performance, and financial reportingUse analytics and syndicated data to identify growth opportunitiesLead trade spend planning, tracking, and performance reviewsCommercialize new products in partnership with Marketing and R&DCustomize sales and marketing materials for key accountsMaintain a strong sales pipeline and drive new business developmentBuild and maintain senior-level customer relationshipsLead contract negotiations, including pricing and supply agreementsDevelop value-based pricing and customer value propositionsProvide regular KPI reporting and performance scorecardsManage merchandising funds and CRM reportingOperate within approved selling and trade budgetsEducation & ExperienceEducationBachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience15+ years of CPG sales experienceStrong background in Mass Merchant and Club channelsExtensive experience managing Walmart Inc. businessExperience managing large, complex accounts and multiple product categoriesProven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent resultsExperience with sales analytics, trade spend, and category managementCRM experience for pipeline and performance trackingStrong business and financial acumen with P&L responsibilityEffective negotiation skills on large, complex agreementsAbility to translate data into actionable account strategiesClear written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with a results-driven, adaptable mindsetCollaborative team leaderOffice-based role with up to 25% travelStandard office setting with occasional extended hours based on customer needsJadex Inc and its Businesses do not discriminate in employment based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.J-18808-Ljbffr
