Customer Support Associate

About us We are looking for a team member to help support our existing sales and operations team. This role will be a "floater" roll to an extent and can involve everything from pulling/staging orders in the warehouse, stocking material in the warehouse, delivering orders to customers in the field, helping with misc sales tasks in the office, and anything in between. We are looking for a well rounded person that is interested in growing with our company. We have a very high retention rate and everyone in the building at this point has been with the team for a minimum of 5 years. Some have been with the company for 30+years. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
